Welcome to the Six Week Stress Release Program 

What is it? 

Our responsibility to you is to ensure that you have all the resources necessary to achieve your goals and lower your reaction to stress. We are here to hold you accountable to your commitment.


We will be sending you daily messages via text to check in with where you are at and provide tips to help you get the most out of the program. We expect you to respond back frequently to ensure you are making progress throughout the program! 

  • Scheduled Floats: Make sure you have budgeted time every week for your in person stress-relief sessions

  • Scheduled Deep Breathing Session: You will receive a private session with facilitator that will monitor and guide you through a breathing session. 

  • Coaching Videos: Budget time in your calendar to watch the expert interviews and plan your new habits (45min/week)

  • Join FB Community: Go to your welcome email, there you will find a link to join our local FB group. Request to join the 6 week stress release program community.
